Bathroom and kitchen renovations

The plumbing half of your renovation: rough-in, waterproofing sign off, fixture install and the final connection.

When you need this

You have a builder, or you are project managing it yourself and need the plumbing booked around tiling and cabinetry dates.

Two visits, booked around your trades

A bathroom needs us twice. Once at rough-in, before the sheeting and waterproofing go on, and once at fit off after the tiler is out. Getting the first visit wrong is what turns a four week renovation into a seven week one, because the wall has to come back off.

We set out with your tiler in the room, not from a plan emailed the night before.

Working with what is there

Perth housing stock runs from 1930s brick and tile in Fremantle to slab on ground in Canning Vale. Moving a floor waste is straightforward in one and a concrete cut in the other. We will tell you which you have before you commit to a layout.

  • Blocked drains and CCTV inspection

We clear the blockage, then send a camera down the line so you can see exactly what caused it.

  • Burst pipes and leak detection

A wet patch on the lawn, a meter that never stops turning, or no pressure at all. We find it without digging up the yard.

  • Hot water systems

Repair, replace or upgrade. Electric, gas, heat pump or solar, sized to how many people actually live in the house.

Blocked drain, no hot water, or a smell of gas?
