Continuous flow suits a household with staggered showers and no room for a tank. Storage suits everyone showering inside the same hour. Neither is better in the abstract, and a plumber who only ever recommends one of them is selling rather than sizing.
Moving from electric to gas
It is not only the unit. The gas line has to carry the load, and the old electric circuit needs to be made safe by an electrician. We coordinate that rather than leaving it to you.
